Export reports you can work with

A useful export includes enough context to explain the numbers later. Define the period and scope before you download a report.

Before you begin

• The reporting period and the machines, locations, or business you want to include.
• Reconciled collection records and any recorded credit revenue for that period.

Step by step

1. Choose the question

   Decide whether you need machine performance, location results, collections, commissions, or a business-wide summary. Start with the report that answers that question.

2. Set the scope

   In your app’s reporting area, select the available date, location, route, and machine filters. Check the date boundary and whether you are viewing collections or earned revenue.

3. Review totals first

   Check for missing machines, duplicate entries, unclosed collections, and unusual variances. Record any unresolved issues with the export.

4. Export the available format

   Use the report’s export or download action if provided by your version. Choose the available spreadsheet format for analysis or a document format for review. If the report has no export action, ask support for the supported export path.

5. Check the downloaded file

   Open the file and compare its reporting period, row count, and totals with the screen. Name it with the business, report type, and date range. Share it only with the intended recipient.

Check your result

The downloaded report matches the intended filters and the totals you reviewed.

If you need help

If an export is missing or incomplete, include the report type, filters, date range, and app version in a support request. Remove unnecessary customer or venue details from screenshots.
