Find and evaluate new locations
Good expansion starts with fit. Use location opportunities to build a shortlist, then validate the real-world details before committing equipment.
Before you begin
- Your service area, travel capacity, and the type of machine you want to place.
- A realistic view of equipment, prize, service, and commission costs.
Step by step
Start with the route you can serve
Define a practical territory around existing stops. A promising venue can still be a poor fit if it adds too much travel or service complexity.
Review available opportunities
In the preview, Business Intelligence includes Suggested New Locations and Location Opportunities. Use the equivalent tools available in your release to organize prospects.
Validate each prospect
Confirm the venue is operating, who makes placement decisions, appropriate space, visitor fit, access hours, power, and any requirements for installing or operating your machine.
Compare expected economics
Estimate revenue and the actual costs of serving the venue. Treat opportunity scores and projections as starting points to investigate, not guaranteed earnings.
Track the next action
Record the contact, outreach status, visit notes, and follow-up date in the tools available to your team. Prioritize a small, workable list.
Measure after placement
Compare the location’s actual performance with your original assumptions and service plan. Use the evidence to refine future prospecting.
Check your result
Each shortlisted location has a clear reason to pursue it, verified details, and a next action.
If you need help
If suggestions look irrelevant, review your location addresses, service area, and machine information before requesting support.
