Build a practical business growth plan

SmartClaw uses AI to analyze your business data and provide optimization recommendations for machine revenue, location performance, and your overall route business. Turn those recommendations into a practical plan that accounts for cash, capacity, and your team’s time.

Before you begin

  • A measurable revenue or operating goal with a clear time horizon.
  • A recent view of machine, location, and route performance.

Step by step

  1. Set a realistic goal

Choose the result you want to improve and the time period. Confirm whether the goal refers to revenue, profit, or another measure so everyone tracks the same outcome.

  2. Understand the gap

Compare current performance with the goal. Separate recurring performance from unusual events and incomplete data.

  3. Review three paths

Look at underperforming machines, opportunities at existing locations, and new nearby prospects. The screenshots show these as separate ways to pursue growth.

  4. Compare effort with upside

For each action, consider equipment cost, staffing, travel, service complexity, and uncertainty. Do not add projected gains together when they depend on the same change.

  5. Build a short action list

Pick the next few actions, assign an owner, and set review dates. In the preview, Start My Plan opens the plan flow; use the corresponding available feature in your release.

  6. Review and adapt

Track completed actions and actual results. Update the plan when a venue, machine, or operating assumption changes.

Check your result

Your goal has a small set of owned actions and a scheduled review based on actual results.

If you need help

If projections look unrealistic, review the period, missing revenue, and machine/location data. Use estimates to compare opportunities, not as promised income.
